In the state of NC,I have 4 DWI’s but i have not been charged with habitual is this possible?

How about you STOP DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE!

I DESPISE people who drive while impaired.

You could KILL someone. Then you wouldn’t just be charged with all that, you’d be charged with MANSLAUGHTER.
