Meaning worse punishments for higher BAC scores. Currently DWI laws have the same punishments for any BAC over the limit when its far more dangerous to drive at twice (or even 3 times) the legal limit. Do our lawmakers have more of a problem with their own alcohol abuse than with tobacco? Why else would so many states make tobacco laws stricter than DWI laws?
